Osedea awarded the Mercure Award for Employer of the Year in the SME category

The whole Osedea team is proud to have been awarded the Mercure award for employer of the year in the SME category. This award highlights a company that has distinguished themselves by innovative talent and culture strategies, ranging from recruiting, retention, training and development, motivation, diversity and inclusion and change management.

For many years, our vision was to build an enjoyable workplace. Our team has worked hard to propose new initiatives, gather feedback, test and implement new ideas. This award is a collective effort.
